Below we present examples of some of our projects, which give a small insight into the practical implementation of our work.

renewal of the plate conveyor
We renewed the ejection of the apron conveyor on the last GR, as it had been degraded by the chemicals. The structure was made according to the new drawings and made of stainless steel to ensure a longer durability.

pulper conversion
The pulper was extensively rebuilt to increase performance. A new, powerful drive was installed that enables more efficient energy transfer. In addition, the gearbox was completely renewed to ensure better adaptation to current requirements and a longer service life. In addition, a new, specially developed helix was installed that optimizes throughput and enables higher production capacity. (Photo, old pulper)

labyrinth seal rollers
The labyrinth seals were resealed because water was penetrating the wet end bearings. By renewing the seals, moisture is now prevented from entering the bearings, ensuring a longer service life and more reliable function of the machine components. (Example photo)

upgrading of roll cutters
The drive of the roll cutter has been upgraded and optimized to achieve better performance and higher efficiency. In addition, the roller bearings have been optimized and renewed to improve the stability and durability of the entire system. These measures ensure a more consistent cutting quality and a longer service life of the roll cutter. (Example photo)
