My name is Hans Albrecht Döscher, Dipl.-Ing. (HVAC), and I have been working in the industry since 2005. I founded IBD in 2020 and have been offering tailor-made solutions for demanding projects ever since. With my many years of experience and in-depth expertise, I support my customers as a reliable partner in developing and implementing efficient and sustainable projects.

founding of IBD
In January 2020, I founded the engineering company Döscher. Since then, I have specialized in the planning and implementation of technical projects in the field of engineering. Of particular note is my partnership with the pulp and paper industry, for which I develop and implement tailor-made solutions. With my company, I was able to use my experience from previous positions to offer customers in this industry innovative and efficient concepts.
2014-2020
operations manager
After working at IOB Aue GmbH, I moved to Maschinenfabrik Raschau GmbH as operations manager. In this position, I was responsible for the organizational and technical management of the company. My focus was on optimizing production processes, ensuring smooth operations and leading the team. I also worked on implementing improvement measures and supported management in planning and implementing projects.
2005-2014
project manager for large projects
After completing my studies, I started working as a graduate engineer at IOB Aue GmbH. There, I was responsible as project manager for complex large-scale projects in the field of heating, ventilation and air conditioning technology (HVAC). In this role, I coordinated the planning, implementation and monitoring of demanding projects, led interdisciplinary teams and was responsible for compliance with budgets, schedules and quality standards.
